Terms of service

SwipeHarbor is an ad research service operated by Media Atlas LLC. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in account secure. A Pro membership is for one person. You are responsible for activity under your account; contact us if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.

Membership and billing

A founding place is reserved when you start Checkout, not when you create a free account. The offer is limited to the first five paying subscribers across monthly and yearly billing combined. An abandoned or expired Checkout reservation does not permanently consume a place. You are charged only after completing payment.

Monthly Pro costs $49.99 USD for the first five paying subscribers, then $79.99 USD per month for new subscribers. Yearly Pro costs $499.90 USD for founding subscribers, then $799.90 USD per year for new subscribers. The full yearly amount is charged upfront; this equals ten monthly payments, saving two months compared with paying monthly for a full year. Approximate monthly equivalents ($41.66 and $66.66) are illustrations, not monthly installments. Founding subscribers keep their founding rate for their billing period. Availability is confirmed at Checkout, which shows your price, billing period, and any applicable taxes before you pay. Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or yearly period until canceled. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal.

You can cancel through Account & billing. Cancellation stops future renewals, with access continuing through the paid monthly or yearly period. Canceling an annual subscription stops its next annual renewal; it does not convert the prepaid year into monthly billing. Your saved notes remain accessible after membership ends. For payment errors, refund requests, or help canceling, contact support@swipeharbor.com. These terms do not limit rights that apply under consumer law.

Any future changes to your subscription price or material subscription terms will be communicated before they take effect. Features described as planned are not included until released; no lifetime access or all-future-features offer is included in the standard membership.

Research and third-party content

The library contains captured advertising observations, not a complete inventory of either platform. Observation dates do not prove continuous activity. We do not provide verified advertising spend, conversions, or profitability, and we do not guarantee campaign results.

Ads, creative assets, trademarks, and destination websites belong to their respective owners. Access to an ad does not grant permission to reproduce it or use another party's intellectual property. Use the service for lawful research and develop your own work. SwipeHarbor is not affiliated with or endorsed by NewsBreak or Rumble.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass membership or access controls, share account credentials, scrape or bulk extract the library, resell access or collected data, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Usage limits help keep the service available. We may restrict accounts involved in abuse or unauthorized access.

Availability and support

Coverage and available media vary. Features may change, and maintenance or provider issues may interrupt service. We will describe unavailable data as unavailable rather than represent it as verified. For questions or support, email support@swipeharbor.com.
